The lease contract of a vehicle shall be governed by the same constant conditions, canceling all the previous ones. The rental company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. The rental company rents to CUSTOMER (referred to as "Lessee") on the terms and conditions specified in the rental agreement, that the CUSTOMER acknowledges, agrees and, with his signature on it, is obliged to observe and respect. Deliveries and collections: Multiviagens Tour Cars must be collected and returned to Multiviagens Tour rental stations. Deliveries and collections at hotels, villas, etc are on a request basis and subject to availability. By each service, an additional charge will apply. Multiviagens Tour concede a grace period of 20 minutes in delivery/collection. After that period, there is no return to the place and the car must be returned in one Multiviagens Tour location. In case of collection, after this grace period will be charged an extra day.
